UDL Principle I: Multiple Means of Representation

Representing information in a variety of formats provides the opportunity for all students to use their recognition networks. In this activity, you will investigate various types of learning options that can be used to make the information more accessible.

Let’s take a closer look at Principle I and guidelines 1, 2, and 3. As you look at each of the checkpoints, think how you could apply the various suggestions of how to incorporate that checkpoint into your classroom instruction. Also, take a look at the research that supports the checkpoint.
