Barriers to Learning – Goals
We’ll start by exploring some of the ways lesson development can create barriers for the learners in our classrooms. These barriers can occur in the way the goals for the lesson are stated, in the teaching materials and methods that are used, and in the assessment methods that are used.
One barrier to learning can be the way goals are stated. As you work through this activity, you will take self-feedback quizzes to check your understanding of these barriers.
